The Maple House is Maqua’s first property and is currently under major renovation, inside and out. We bought this house for the gorgeous maple hardwood, original hex tile, built in cabinets, fireplace, original woodwork, and awesome plaster throughout. We plan to add lots of subway tile, stainless steel appliances, light and airy colors, revive the woodwork, and restore the great original windows.
